If there is a small left side panel to access the air exhaust filter compartment, pump does not have to be dis-mounted and moved around to access the exhaust filter compartment.
NOTE for STEP 8..
If the original O-ring is left in around the port hole and the new filter with new O-ring is installed, the new filter will not seat properly, the new O-ring will not seal properly, and the filter bracket will not fit properly. Oil vapor or oil smoke will spray out from the air exhaust port during vacuum cycle.
