Possible causes.
- Overfilled oil - machine has sucked/vacuumed liquid into the pump, giving the appearance of overfilled oil in the sight glass. Check oil condition and level in the sight glass window.
- Overfilled oil - someone added or overfilled the oil in the pump. Check oil level in the sight glass window.
- Machine was laid on its side, clogging air filter, creating back pressure, pushing oil into the chamber.
- Vacuum check valve not functioning properly.
Possible solutions.
- If liquid is sucked into the pump, drain the pump, Recommend to flush the pump, and add new oil to middle of the oil sight glass window.
- If oil is overfilled, drain excess oil until level is at the middle of the sight glass window.
- Replaced clogged air filter and check/add proper oil level to middle of the oil sight glass.
