How do I set up a program?

We recommend to save following 4 most common used programs into your machine:

P1 for Protein  →  VACUUM % = 99.9%  |  EXTRA VACUUM = 0  |  INERT GAS = 0  |  SEALING TIME = 1.5
P2 for Marinades  →  VACUUM % = 97.0%  |  EXTRA VACUUM = 0  |  INERT GAS = 0  |  SEALING TIME = 1.5
P3 for Sauces  →  VACUUM % = 95.0%  |  EXTRA VACUUM = 0  |  INERT GAS = 0  |  SEALING TIME = 1.5
P4 for Infusion  →  VACUUM % = 99.9%  |  EXTRA VACUUM = 30  |  INERT GAS = 0  |  SEALING TIME = 1.5

Note. Sealing time is dependent on the incoming power and bag thickness. It should be at the lowest value that will provide a good seal.
