Machine Prep for Storage
- Power on and run the machine five times to circulate the existing oil in the pump.
- Power off the machine, drain the oil and discard accordingly.
- Fill the pump with flushing/conditioning oil to proper amount (midway of the sight glass).
- Power on and run the “CONDITIONING CYCLE” 2 times to dilute all the contaminants inside the pump.
- Power off the machine, drain the oil and discard accordingly.
- Remove the existing oil filter and replace it with a new oil filter. (NOTE. Recommended to replace the exhaust filter.)
- Fill the pump with the vacuum pump oil to proper amount (midway of the sight glass).
- Power on and run the machine three times and power off machine
- The machine is ready for storage.
